The Core Transformation Technique is a gemstone!  A few minutes ago my friend Donald Pelles guided me through the Core Transformation Technique created by Connierae Andreas.  I always knew that this technique was powerful…I just didn’t realize how powerful.  At one point in the process I started to have some tears coming up.  To find out why these tears were coming up press play to listen to this Hypnosis Podast.

On November 11 to the 13th, Tamara Andreas will be teaching the Core Transformation Technique.  This training is being sponsored by the Washington DC Hypnosis Center in Rockville Maryland.  I would like to suggest that you register for this training before its too late!

If you want to learn the Core Transformation Technique I would suggest that you do two things:

1. Buy a copy of the Core Transformation Technique book
2. Attend the training at the Washington DC Hypnosis Center’s training area

I am pleased to announce that I haven’t had any urges to bite my nails :D  I have a feeling that the nail biting going away is a sign of much bigger things coming my way.

This wasn’t my first encounter with the Core Transformation Technique.  I actually my own modified version to quit smoking roughly 6 months ago.  The longest I  quit smoking before was 4 months.
One of the best ways to begin learning the technique is to attend a training.  Another really good way is to grab a copy of the book.  When you grab a copy of the book, please let me know what you think of it.  I feel that if you apply the exercises you can find some really powerful changes happening.
